Placing a booking with Zise implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to:
Cancel or reschedule a course should our minimum attendance targets not be met (minimum 3 students) Alter the times, dates and locations of a course. Alter the contents, materials, outline or structure of the course. Refuse your booking should we deem your attendance inappropriate in terms of prior knowledge, skills or any other incompatibility perceived or actual.
We agree to: Provide reasonable notice, whenever possible, should a course be cancelled or re-scheduled unless such a cancellation is as a result of illness, misadventure or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy If you cancel your booking, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of: 50% of the course fees if the cancellation occurs within 2 working days of the scheduled course dates. 25% of the course fees if the cancellation occurs within 5 working days of scheduled course dates.
A full refund will be made if more than 5 working days' notice is given.
Note that:
No refund will be payable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start date. No refund will be payable if you fail to attend a course for whatever reason. No refund will be payable if you leave a course part-way through or fail to attend part of the course for any reason. No refund is payable unless a pro-forma Refund Invoice is submitted to our office by email or fax. Please contact our office for a copy of the pro forma. Refund invoices are payable no sooner than 14 days after the scheduled course dates. If you cancel or fail to attend a course, we will try to accommodate you on another course. Zise is not liable for any travel costs or loss in salary or income as a consequence of attending a course or should a course be cancelled or re-scheduled for any reason whatsoever.
Minimum Attendance Policy We generally proceed with a course if at least 3 bookings are received. If yours is the only booking received we may offer you individual (one-on-one) training which is typically billed at the cost of a two day course for a single day. That is, we may offer you one day of individual training, customised to your needs, with the full attention of the tutor, for the price of a two day course, or half a day with the tutor for the cost of a one-day course etc. Alternatively, you may elect to attend the course (or a similar course) at a subsequent date or in another location. If you choose not to accept individual tuition, and do not wish to be re-scheduled, we will refund your fees in full on receipt of a pro-forma invoice.
Suitability Please ensure that your skills, experience or interests match those stated in the course description. Sometimes it is difficult to ascertain suitability, please get in touch with our office if you are unsure. No refund is payable should you attend the course and find it unsuitable to your needs. We will, however, endeavour to accommodate you on another course at our discretion, should such a course exist and should we believe it to be more suitable for you.
